Apocalyptic scenes in Delvina, "Delvina Gas" wells are at risk, zero

Since the afternoon hours, there were reports of a fire in Delvina, which was approaching the "Delvina Gas" wells, but there was no reaction from the state with aerial intervention, despite requests.

This has led to an escalation of the situation and apocalyptic scenes, risking unimaginable catastrophe.

As you can see in the video received by Boldnews.al, the fire is located very close to the hydrocarbon wells, while there is not even a fire extinguisher there to work to extinguish the flames.

The situation at the gas and oil field managed by "Delvina Gas" is dramatic, as, as the whistleblower in the video states, the company has protected the site only with its own security system, as the state seems non-existent.

"Delvina Gas has protected the source only with its own security system, no help from firefighters, from anyone. Everyone who has been contacted has not solved anything. No firefighters. Everything has burned down," the whistleblower says.

An air intervention would have averted the disaster by diverting the fire from the gas and oil field managed by "Delvina Gas".

The fire has burned down the entire forest area, while in the evening it spread to the Llakë and Xhemerhallë neighborhoods of Delvinë.

The fire is also very close to the city hospital, and to avoid tragedy, oxygen cylinders have been ordered to be removed from the hospital, so as not to cause explosions. The footage shows that the flames have surrounded all the neighborhoods of the city, as terrified people run and scream.

Citizens express panic, as they have fled their homes to save their lives.

"Houses are burning, there is panic and people are taking to the streets in their underwear, an apocalyptic situation," one of them testifies.

"Our bodies are shaking with fear, the situation is extremely bad, you can't imagine. We are asking for help, what are we going to do with 2 fire engines in this disaster. Xhermallaha and Vllahati are burning! We have fled our homes, we don't know what to do next," said another resident.

According to media reports, only 4 Delvina fire trucks are working at the scene to put out the fire, a ridiculous situation, considering the size of the flames, which have approached homes in the city.
