Elvis Roshi appears in SPAK

The former mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi, appeared at SPAK on Friday morning.

Roshi was seen entering the Special Prosecution Office in the company of his lawyer.

We recall that in June, Roshi was charged with "abuse of office" in connection with a report by the Supreme Audit Institution against him for irregularities with tenders in the Municipality of Kavaja.

The Supreme State Audit Office filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office against Roshi and several of his former directors in September 2015, as they were suspected of having caused economic damage of 33 million lek with tenders for the reconstruction of the city center and the construction of several roads.
