"You got the answer in court"/ Father leaves three children without alimony

Fatmira Buçpepa, a citizen from Rrëshen, went to the show "Stop" after her ex-husband, with whom she has three children aged 9, 6 and 5, did not pay the alimony determined by the court. The latter decided that Fatjon Beci must pay 300 thousand old lekë every month for the three children and since October 2023, he has not made payments.

Fatmira describes her difficult situation, as she lives on only 100,000 lek in economic assistance and with the help of her family. She says that she cannot work full-time due to her children, but is looking for a part-time job.

"Stop" is directed to the Mirditë municipality, where mayor Albert Mëlyshi says there are 600 requests for sanitation workers and the municipality has no jobs, but will help through the private sector. Fatmira talked to her ex-husband, but he does not give a reason for the non-payment of the children's pension.

Citizen:  Hello, greetings, I'm Fatmira.

Fatjon Beci:  Excuse me, can you call me later because I'm in a coma? You have my number, call me.

Citizen:  No, I wanted to ask you now. Why haven't you paid the children's bills? You want to meet them...

Fatjon Beci:  Do you have any other questions?

Citizen:  I have many questions, but I'm asking you this one.

Fatjon Beci:  You got the answer to this question when you were in court. Are you okay?

Citizen:  When in court? I've never been to court with you.

Fatjon Beci:  No, not with me, but you had my lawyer and the lawyer... They were our two lawyers, right?

"Stop" goes to the Durrës bailiff's office, where bailiff Marsel Himallari says that all procedures have been completed, but Fatjon Beci has no property and no money in any account, so Fatmira should file a criminal report against him.
