Two brothers are wanted in Durrës after they fired a gun at a vehicle carrying a 35-year-old man.
According to the blue uniforms, the cause of the conflict was overtaking by a vehicle. The 35-year-old man was injured in the shooting, but his life is reportedly out of danger.
The police have already begun work to capture the suspected perpetrators.
They fired a gun at the vehicle in which a 35-year-old man was traveling, after a conflict with him for weak motives. 2 citizens (brothers) are identified and declared wanted.
Following the investigative actions regarding the incident that occurred at around 01:00 on 03.08.2025, on the "Durrës-Tirana" highway, where a gunshot was fired at the vehicle in which citizen L. Sh., 35 years old, was traveling, the specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes of the Durrës Local Police Directorate identified and declared wanted citizens ED, 46 years old, and ED, 40 years old, brothers, both residents of the village of Xhafzotaj.
From the investigations so far, it is suspected that after having a verbal conflict with the 35-year-old man about overtaking with a vehicle, the brothers fired a gun at the vehicle he was driving.
The 35-year-old man was injured in the shooting, but his life is out of danger.
Intensive efforts are underway to capture the 2 wanted citizens.
The procedural materials were referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.
