The perpetrators of the massacre with 3 victims in Shkodër fired about 50 bullets at the vehicle where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling.
A serious assassination took place yesterday in Dobraç, Shkodra, where three people lost their lives, including Hamza Licin, 23 years old, Flutura Basha, 66 years old (passerby), and Arlind Bushatin, 32 years old.
Bashkim Basha, Flutura's husband, was injured in the incident.
The attack happened around 15:50, when Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling in a "Benz" type vehicle.
According to sources from the investigation group, the whole event allegedly lasted only 70 seconds, where the perpetrators fired a barrage of weapons from a distance of about 150 meters.
As a result of the gunshots, the Benz car in which Lici and Bushati were traveling lost control and collided with a motorbike, with which the husband and wife couple Bashkim and Flutura Basha were traveling.
As a result, the woman lost her life while her husband is in the hospital in serious condition.
It is suspected that three people were involved in the incident: two shooters and a driver, who used a "Range Rover" type vehicle, which after the assassination was found burned in the village of Golem. Two firearms were found inside this vehicle.
Three firearms were also found in Hamza Lic's vehicle, where it is suspected that Arlind Bushati had tried to retaliate against the attackers. This is because several cartridges found at the scene coincide with the weapon found in the vehicle driven by Lici.
The motive for the assassination is suspected to be revenge, with a history of conflict between the two tribes, Bajri and Lici, that has continued for years. A few days ago, Arlind Bushati was threatened with a gun by two people on a motorcycle, near his apartment.

For several years, the well-known families Lici and Bajri in Shkodër have been in conflict with each other, which has also caused several victims. The clash is suspected to have started after an assassination, in January 2018, against businessman Lulzim Kulla. The remote-controlled explosion injured eight people, including Kulla. On June 18, Mehdi Kavaja was killed in his service, a suspected revenge murder.
On July 15, 2018, the couple Boran Bërçana and Silvi Ndoci were executed under the apartment they rented, when there was also a 3-year-old child in the car, who miraculously escaped the bullets. The ex-policeman Bërçana was suspected of having connections with the Bajri group.
In August 2018, Kalashnikov Fatbardh Lici, the brother of Mustafa Lici, was executed with a volley. On August 23, the citizens Agron Mollaj and Gëzim Hysa, nephew and uncle, who are suspected of being related to the Lici tribe, disappeared. Immediately after this event, on September 1, 2018, Arjan Ferracaku was killed while riding a horse.
On November 14, Arjan's cousin, Fatos Ferracaku, was executed when he was selling fish in the "Rus" neighborhood. March 30, 2019, Astri and Ibrahim Bilali were killed at home. The saga of murders continued with Endri Mustafa and the suspected author is Ibrahim Lici.
