Shocking! Flamur Kolmarku found dead after days of searching, wife confirms sad news about senior leader of the Republic Guard

The long days of searching for Flamur Kolmark, a former career soldier and one of the leaders of the Republican Guard, who had been missing since Thursday afternoon, have come to a tragic end.
The bitter news was confirmed this Sunday morning to Newsbomb by his wife, who, amidst great pain, announced that Kolmark was found without signs of life.
"We found him, he has passed away ," she told our editorial team, confirming the sad end of several days of anxiety for family, friends and relatives who left no stone unturned to find him.
From the moment he left his apartment on Thursday afternoon, his family immediately began searching for him, appealing for help and sharing information on social media and the media. For days, they searched for him non-stop in several areas of the country, hoping to find him safe and sound.
Flamur Kolmarku was a career soldier and for more than two decades served at the highest levels of the Republican Guard, the institution charged with the security of top state figures. During his years of service, he was a well-known and respected figure within the ranks of the security structures.
Family members had reported that the 55-year-old suffered from a specific form of dementia, a disease that had caused him significant memory problems. According to them, his health condition had gradually deteriorated in recent years.
Sources close to the family indicate that health problems began to appear after the difficult period that Kolmark went through during the Covid-19 infection. He fought for his life during that time and then, due to the duty he held, he was asked to get vaccinated in order to continue normal activity in state institutions.
But, after this period, the family had noticed small changes in his condition, which over time became more noticeable. However, for more than two years, medical tests and check-ups were normal and did not reveal any problems, while doctors only finally managed to diagnose his condition, a special form of dementia.
Due to the established diagnosis, he had recently begun treatment with specific medications for dementia and sleep, while until recently he was not taking any medication as the test results were all within normal limits.
As we reported earlier, the doctors who had been treating him had suggested to his family that due to his illness, Kolmarku might have instinctively headed towards the areas where he had spent his childhood and youth, such as Mamurras, Rubiku or Kurbneshi. He was last reported to have been seen moving from Bulqiza towards Burrel and then on the Burrel-Urakë axis. This information guided the searches of his family and authorities over the last few days.
His discovery without signs of life this morning has ended the family's hope, leaving them in deep pain. Family, friends and acquaintances have expressed condolences for the passing of Flamur Kolmark, remembering him as a man dedicated to family and duty, who served the country in the security structures for decades.
