Was extradited from Greece/ Laert Haxhiu arrives in Tirana, is sent to 'prison 313'

Under strict security measures, Laert Haxhiu, who was extradited this Wednesday from Greece, has arrived in Tirana.
Haxhiu was handed over to the Albanian authorities in Kakavija under high security measures by the Greek police and was taken over by the "RENEA" Special Forces.
Haxhiu was declared internationally wanted by the Albanian justice system, as several accusations of serious criminal offenses weigh on him. The 32-year-old is known as the organizer and one of the authors of the Lushnja massacre, an event that happened in October 2017 where Jurgen Hoxha and Zamir Latifi were executed, while Marjus Xhepexhiu and Bujar Turku were injured. The target was Xjulio Skurti, the grandson of the former leader of the Lushnje gang, Aldo Bares, Haxhi's enemy.
Who is Laert Haxhiu?
Two characters known to the Albanian law enforcement authorities. Involved in murder, injury, drug trafficking and threats, Laert Haxhiu is accused of killing Gerti Lala, one of the members of Aldo Bare's gang.
The event happened on July 8, 2010, and for this crime, Haxhiu was sentenced to 32 years in prison, but the Court of Appeal decided to release him for lack of evidence, and in 2015 he won in front of justice. But the period of peace for Haxhiu would last very little.
After being released from prison in late 2014, he was arrested in June 2015 after 1.2 kilograms of heroin was seized from his car. Haxhiu's courage was not lacking, since during the operation to capture him, he tried to escape from a wall, where he also broke his leg.
After being caught, Haxhiu told the Police that he thought he was being followed by Aldo Bare's men. But again he managed to be free, as the Durrës court sentenced him to only 17 months in prison. Likewise, Orges Bilbili and Laert Haxhiu are suspects for the assassination of Aldo Bare's nephew, Xjulio Shkurti, where Sajmo Xhelili was also injured.
In every information that was received about them, the State Police was on foot to catch the 2 most wanted. Even in September 2018, the RENEA Department and that of FNSH undertook an operation to capture Laert Haxhiu and Orges Bilbili in the village of Rremas in Divjakë, after they suspected that they were hiding there. Not only did the operation fail, but RENEA injured an elderly man who had come to the window to see what was happening. If for Haxhiu, two Policemen from different countries were engaged to handcuff him, but Orges Bilbili was arrested by chance in April 2020, when the whole country was under curfew due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The history of the Lushnje gang
The starting point of the bloody clashes between the gangs in Lushnje was the murder of Ramadan Shkurt, the brother of Alfred Shkurt (Aldo Bares), until then an officer of the RENEA Forces. After the murder of his brother, Bare, in order to take revenge on the citizen Artur Daja, his companions, friends and relatives, created the so-called "Lushnje Gang".
Initially, Ilir Stergu, Afrim Hoxha, Arben Borici, Enver Boriçi, Enver Dondollaku, companions, friends and relatives of the defendant Aldo Bare and his brother Ramadan Shkurt, who were already killed, gathered in this group. Aldo Bare takes revenge on Artur Daja, who after executing him cuts off his head and kicks him in the streets of the city of Lushnje.
