Vlora Police have reacted after a viral video that circulated on social networks today, where a 25-year-old man repeatedly crashed his Benz into the car of an 18-year-old Fiat in the middle of the city.

The blue uniforms indicate that the two citizens clashed with each other for weak motives.

The Vlora police arrested the 25-year-old driver of the Benz, with the initials EH, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property by other means" and "Disturbance of public order and peace".

The 25-year-old man was arrested after he hit another citizen's vehicle several times with his vehicle, endangering his life.

Immediately after the Special Force "Eagle" services, who were off duty, as well as other structures of the Vlora DVP that were on duty, found that two drivers, in the place called "Rrethi i Skelës", were involved in a conflict, where one of them, citizen EH, 25 years old, was repeatedly hitting the vehicle of citizen GD, 18 years old, with his vehicle, endangering his life, they immediately intervened, preventing further escalation of the conflict and neutralizing citizen EH.

Following procedural actions, the Crime Investigation specialists at the Vlora Police Station arrested citizen EH in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property by other means", provided for by Article 154 of the Criminal Code, and "Disturbance of public order and peace", provided for by Article 274 of the Criminal Code.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further procedural actions.
