43 killed in Gaza by Israeli attacks, including 26 members of humanitarian organizations

A total of 43 people have been killed in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli airstrikes, rescue workers on the ground said. Among the victims were 26 civilians who were killed near a humanitarian aid center.

Mohammad al-Mayyir, director of medical care at the Hamas-run civil defense agency, told Agence France-Presse that the bombings have continued throughout the day since before dawn, resulting in a large number of casualties and their victims.

" 43 martyrs have fallen as a result of Israeli bombardments in the Gaza Strip since dawn today, 26 of which cannot be humanitarian aid ," al-Mughayyir said.

The situation in Gaza remains extremely critical, with humanitarian agencies reporting major obstacles to the delivery of aid and a rising death toll.
