President Donald Trump has hailed the United States' airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear sites, carried out in the early hours of Sunday morning. In a post on the Truth Social platform, Trump called the strikes a "spectacular military success."

"Damage to Iranian nuclear facilities is said to be 'monumental'. The strikes were strong and precise. Our military showed extraordinary capability. Thank you!" he wrote.

The US airstrikes on Sunday morning targeted three key sites in Iran's nuclear program: Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. US forces' B-2 Spirit bombers used specialized "bunker-buster" bombs designed to penetrate underground structures. Pentagon sources have confirmed that the operation was aimed at disrupting Iran's progress toward a potential nuclear weapons capability.

Although Trump stated that the damage is extensive, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announced that the exact level of damage to the uranium enrichment halls at Fordow cannot be determined with certainty at this time, due to the lack of access to the site.

The IAEA has called for restraint and a return to diplomacy, emphasizing the importance of maintaining regional stability and international control over nuclear programs.
