Stephen Chamberlain was fatally injured by a car while jogging on Saturday morning.
Chamberlain, along with Lynch, had succeeded in winning the trial against them for fraud.
Police said there is nothing suspicious about the case.
Rescue teams say the search operation is complicated. The yacht is 50 meters below the surface of the water and practically everything seems undamaged.
