Sweden condemns Netanyahu's plan to control Gaza: Annexation in violation of international law!

Sweden's Foreign Minister condemns Israel's plan to take control of all of Gaza, calling it "an annexation in violation of international law."
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today that he wants to "take control of the entire Gaza Strip" in a video he posted today on his Telegram account.
"We will not retreat." But to succeed, we must act in such a way that they cannot stop us," he added.
Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergaard, whose country has recognized the Palestinian state since 2014, reacted strongly.
“If this means annexation, this is contrary to international law.” “Sweden is strongly convinced that the Gaza Strip should neither be modified nor reduced,” she said in a statement.
She also called on Israel to allow the resumption of humanitarian aid to Gaza, after the World Health Organization warned that two million people were suffering from hunger in the enclave.
"During our discussions, we have repeatedly called on the Israeli government to allow unhindered access and delivery of humanitarian aid, in accordance with humanitarian principles," she said.
