Temperature 48 degrees Celsius in Death Valley

Death Valley in California, one of the hottest places on Earth, has attracted the attention of many tourists in recent years, who go and visit the place just to take pictures next to the screen that reads 48 degrees Celsius.
However, in this country visitors can not only experience the extreme heat, but on the other hand they are witness to the climate changes during the last years.
Matt Lamar, one of the valley's rangers, said that this summer could be even hotter than the last two years.
Visitors go not only to experience the scorching heat, but also for climate change awareness. Park ranger Matt Lamar says he's preparing for a long, hot summer.
He further adds that in addition to the high temperature values, they have also affected the vegetation of the park.
