A tragic accident has cut short the life of the 24-year-old daughter of Dr. Petrit Raka in the prime of her youth.
24-year-old Rea Raka lost her life as a result of a serious car accident that occurred this morning on the Peja-Prishtina highway.
The car Rea was in crashed into the roadside in the village of Komoran, Drenas, which took her life.
Local media write that Rea was the daughter of the doctor of the Clinical Dental Center of Kosovo (QSKUK), Petrit Raka, and also the granddaughter of Dr. Prof. Adil Raka.
According to the Kosovo Police, the serious accident occurred around 5:30 this morning, when Rea was returning to her hometown from Tirana Airport.
Three other people who were in the same car with Rea also suffered bodily injuries, but fortunately they are said to be out of danger.
"Today, at around 05:30, on the national road Peja-Pristina, near Komorani, a traffic accident with fatal consequences occurred. As a result of the accident (self-inflicted accident), one person lost his life ," the Police announced today.
