Reconstruction of the Vlora-Orikum road, 37 million lek added to the fund for the expropriation of owners

The Council of Ministers approved yesterday several changes and additions for the expropriation of owners of real estate, private property, affected by the implementation of the project "Reconstruction of the existing Vlora-Orikum road and two by-passes in Radhima, Vlora".

According to the decision, these changes will be made, in points 3 and 4, the value "202 682 342.35 lekë is replaced with 239 563 573.93 lekë."

Additional procedural costs, in the amount of 50,000 lek, are borne by the municipality of Vlora.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Municipality of Vlora, the State Cadastre Agency, the Vlora Local Directorate, the State Agency for Expropriation and the Directorate of Land Administration and Protection at the Vlora District Council are charged with the implementation of this decision. This decision shall enter into force immediately and shall be published in the “Official Gazette”.
