Renewal of the fiscalization certificate; The new system for online banking payments is expected to launch within 3 weeks

Businesses and accountants raise concern that for the renewal of the fiscalization certificate, they now have to wait 15 to 20 days from the 10 days that is the maximum deadline for its withdrawal.
The cause of the delays, according to them and AKSHI, is the malfunction of the online payment module through e-Albania.
The system for online payments of the fiscalism certificate has not been working for 2 months. ANA emphasizes that the malfunction of this module, where payments were made online via debit and credit cards, came after the cyber attack that was caused to one of the second level banks.
The source from the Association of Banks of Albania told "Monitor" that from the communications they have had with ANSH, it is expected that the online payment module will start working within 2 or 3 weeks, but through another second level bank.
Initially, the operation of the system will be with payment from the business account. The confirmation of payment will be sent to ANA from the second level bank and then the subjects will continue with receiving the service.
Uploading the certificate is necessary for businesses, as through this document they use the SelfCare central platform for issuing electronic invoices.
Accountant Armand Mala told Monitor that all subjects were provided with an electronic certificate within 1 hour after the moment of application in cases where they made the payment online.
“Prej gati 2 muajsh moduli për pagesë me kartë nuk punon. Kjo është një problem për bizneset, pasi kur pagesa kryhej me kartë bankare, pagesa konfirmohej direkt dhe certifikata dërgohej për një orë. Tani bizneset presin mesatarisht 15-20 ditë, pasi arkëtimet e pagesave bëhen në sportelet e bankave.

AKSHI sqaroi për “Monitor” se arsyeja pse kërkohet që të citohet përfituesi në mandat ishte shmangia e abuzimeve.
