Why is Shkëlzeni more reliable than Berisha for DP allies?

Developments in the opposition have taken a step forward. The attempt to find a candidate not from the DP structures produced a new phenomenon, previously unknown, since in the attempt to find a candidate for mayor, they discovered a new leader of the DP. The
allies were very skeptical of Berisha, but not of Shkëlzeni.
Being determined that the candidate should not come from Berisha, they made their own proposals for candidates that Berisha did not take into account.
But when Shkëlzeni entered the game, everything changed. Florian Binaj, as part of Shkëlzeni's company, was accepted even while criticizing Berisha.
The case of Agron Shehaj and Ermal Hasime is more typical in this case. Although they joined Binaj, they expressed reservations about the way Berisha conducted this process.
So they did not accept the process, but accepted Shkëlzeni's candidacy.
This is a new development in the opposition that shows that Berisha is not just not accepted as a man who has usurped the DP or as a corrupt leader. If it is for corruption, he has left that job to his son since he was prime minister. Berisha is not accepted simply as an old man without prospects. The allies are apparently convinced that the party is passing from Berisha to Shkelzeni and they are loyal to the latter.
Thus, for the first time, we have a unification of opposition factors around Shkelzeni. Shehaj does not accept Berisha's process but accepts Shkelzeni's candidate. Hasimeja does not accept a party candidate from the DP but accepts from the DP's owner family. Lapaj is not worth discussing because he is part of the family pot.
In an attempt to find a new mayor, we actually found a new leader of the DP, who everyone accepts, recognizes his ownership and right to lead.
After this, Berisha is still mayor in vain. He got the seal, he got the logo, the money is his son, the candidates have been nominated by his son for years, the campaigns have been financed by his son for years, Berisha's television and other portals are financed by his son, his allies and the opposition accept his son... so I don't understand what he is still doing to be tortured at the head of the DP. Now his legacy is not only secured, but also accepted by others.
The opposition has a young leader, and older allies with him, whose only annoyance with Berisha was his years. I believe this is the culmination of the dreams that Berisha had for his legacy in the DP. Now he can sit around and enjoy himself like the partisan pensioners who once came from SHQUP just for coffee. He has a new chairman at work.
