Why are "Albanians" killed for a cup of espresso?
Professor Müller, a renowned criminalist, in his lecture on the dynamics and characteristics of crime in each country, emphasized that Albanians and Chechens, in some cases, kill without any motive, or in other words, without known causes as in other societies. He did not emphasize dangerousness, but rather aggression with banal and uninteresting motives.
But does Albania have more criminals, or more insane people with mental problems?
This question deserves a legal-social analysis, with all the circumstances and components of social development over the last 35 years.
Murders as a phenomenon in Albania are divided into three main categories:
1. Premeditated murder, between rival structured criminal groups, in qualifying circumstances;
2. Murder within the family or tribal circle;
3. Murder for weak motives.
“Weak motive” (in Albanian legal terminology) means an invalid, unworthy or unreasonable reason, which cannot in any way justify the taking of a person’s life.
These include:
– Murder for jealousy, petty revenge, slight insult or momentary quarrel;
– Murder for trivial reasons;
– Murder out of personal dislike, envy or senseless anger.
In these cases, the motive is considered "low" because it shows extreme selfishness, lack of human feeling, and moral unworthiness.
The black chronicles report every day about:
– Murder for a parking space;
– Murder for a cell phone charger;
– Murder for a beach umbrella in the front row;
– Murder for overtaking on the highway;
– Murder for the high beams of a car.
Yesterday, the unpredictable happened:
The murder of two people over a cup of espresso.
In fact, Albania does not feel the presence of crime on the streets. Out of 10 million tourists, no one was killed or robbed, but this does not mean that Albania is calm and safe.
In Albania, the madmen are more dangerous than the criminals. 90% of the perpetrators of the current murders are not criminals, but people with mental problems.
Today, the streets of Albania are full of gloomy people, whose lips never smile.
The sight of people with psychopathic tendencies is felt everywhere — in bars, on the street, in shops, at traffic lights, in billiards…
In Albania, you should not be afraid of the mafia or drug traffickers, because they have nothing to do with you.
In Albania, beware of crazy people — those who kill their friend, passerby, neighbor, waiter or cousin, just because they see them crooked.
I don't know where this aggression comes from.
Maybe from isolation, frustration, poverty, contempt, failure, lack of education or from the family.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the number of crazy people is higher than that of criminals.
Yesterday two lives were lost for a cup of espresso.
This doesn't even happen in Africa.
