Introducing the nuclear-powered cloud hotel, a new entertainment concept

Designers claim it would hover in the air for years at a time – but viewers aren't so sure.
A strange concept for a nuclear-powered floating hotel has been unveiled, designed to fly with 20 electric motors and an AI pilot in near-stop flight.
As reported by The Independent, Hashem Al-Ghaili posted a video on YouTube showing conceptual plans for the Sky Cruise ship, dubbed the "hotel of the future," with room for 5,000 guests. Its design combines "the features of a commercial jet while offering the epitome of luxury" for passengers arriving at the hotel by plane or private jet.
The flying hotel will have plenty of recreational activities to keep guests busy while on vacation. Through a released video, an entertainment deck filled with shopping malls, sports centers, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds, cinemas and theaters is revealed. There is also a special section for business events and meetings.
Outside the main activity center, there is a panoramic hall inside an observation tower that offers 360-degree views of the sky above the clouds, plus three individual viewing domes for stargazing.
Passengers will be placed in the sky hotel via airplanes, "sliding" with an "elevator" inside the plane.
While it's a fun idea, many people commented on the design concept and identified some of its potential flaws. One person who commented on YouTube wrote: "If physics and aerodynamics didn't exist, then this ship might be able to take off." while another added: "The designers forgot that this thing has to fly... Therefore, they should stick to the principles of aerodynamics."
