KFOR remains vigilant: We continue patrols in northern Kosovo

Soldiers of the NATO-led KFOR mission will continue their regular day and night patrols, ensuring a constant, stable and reassuring presence both in northern Kosovo and throughout the area of ​​responsibility.

KFOR states in a statement that personnel remain vigilant, maintaining situational awareness and promoting stability throughout the region.

"These ongoing activities reflect KFOR's sustained commitment to contributing to a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo," KFOR said in a statement.

KFOR continues to implement its mandate – based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 – to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo and freedom of movement, at all times, and KFOR works in close coordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), in their respective roles as security responders.
