Kurti ends up in "Politico" news about the blunder with the math exercise

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti tried to solve a problem in mathematics, but he made a mistake in the state of the unknown and his blunder ended up not only in social networks, but also in the international media.

The prestigious "Politico" called the blunder of the head of the Kosovar executive an "algebra incident" while the news is titled "The Prime Minister of Kosovo apologizes for messing up the children's mathematical puzzle".

Everything happened when the head of the government of Kosovo inaugurated the "Ali Hadri" school in Podujevë. Graduated in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pristina, Albin Kurti immediately took the chalk, turned to the blackboard and started to solve the equation with an unknown person. But it messed everything up by outputting X=5 and not 0 as was the correct answer.

Right away, no one noticed Kurt's blunder, except for the class teacher who for a few moments remained confused as she saw the conclusion of the equation.

But on social networks, there were many comments about Albin Kurti. Some called it an "exposition of sophistry" and "demystification of the myth" about the head of the executive, while others considered that this case basically revealed his "inability to think".

Regarding the blunder in mathematics, Kurti also made a status on Facebook, where he apologized for what had happened.

" I have to say that now I'm glad I wasn't a student at that moment, because I wouldn't have gotten a passing grade. The simple mathematical equation seemed to me from the first second that it has the solution x=5; so five, but the five I wish for you. If I thought about it a bit, I would see that the correct solution is x=0, but in that case, I don't think I would bother to pick up the chalk and write on the blackboard in your classroom. I apologize. The solution to that equation, as you know better than your prime minister, is x=0", writes Kurti.
