A military helicopter has crashed in Algeria, killing three crew members, according to foreign media .
The incident took place in western Algeria, according to a statement from the Ministry of Defense.
"An MI-71 helicopter crashed on the outskirts of El-Attaf, in Ain Al-Defla province," causing the death of Colonel Menari Mourad, Commander Moussa Mohamed Dahmani and Sergeant Oussama Cheboua," the statement said, informing that the helicopter "was on a planned training mission".
