Very low turnout/ Counting of only one ballot box begins in the Korça DP

The counting of votes for the branch chairman has begun at the DP headquarters in Korça, although the winner is known. As we reported earlier, the race is now closed and Harito Zoto is expected to be declared the winner.

A glaring fact in today's elections in this branch of the DP is the very low turnout. Contrary to what the Voting Commission reports, which says that around 400 people voted for the new mayor, the reality is far from this fraudulent figure.

In fact, about 110 people voted for the new head of this branch, as can be seen in the photo above where the votes are in only one ballot box.

This is an alarm bell, a disaster foretold, because out of about 4800 members, 110 people vote. This boycott by the Democrats of the elections for branch chair clearly shows where the Democratic Party in Korça has fallen.  /CNA
