Gazment Bardhi met with the US Assistant Attorney General during his visit to Washington DC.

In a reaction on Facebook, Bardhi underlines that the US commitment to the fight against corruption is good news for Albania.

During my stay in Washington DC, I had the pleasure of meeting with the Assistant Attorney General of the United States of America, at the US Department of Justice, Ms. Harmeet K. Dhillon.

The US commitment to putting the fight against drug cartels and their associates at the top of the security agenda is good news for Albania. A zero-tolerance fight against organized crime and corruption is the only way for Albania to move forward as a worthy NATO member and EU candidate country.
