Alfred Lela, invited to "This Week" on News24, stated that one of the reasons why Alesia Balliu's candidacy was not accepted in the race for the leadership of the Democratic Party, is that she campaigned for another party.
In a post on social media, Balliu declares that nothing like this happened.
"Give me proof or evidence where I have signed or left for another party. Spokesperson for Sali Frikacak, no one can deny my contribution to the DP and will not allow anyone to deny the contribution of every democrat who has sacrificed for that party. The DP belongs to the democrats and the Albanians and I will not allow it to be treated as the property of Sali Frikacak at any moment," she writes.
