"Put less cocaine in the bags because the workers will get drunk"/

New details have been revealed about the international cocaine trafficking network, which according to SPAK has moved dozens of tons of narcotics from Latin America to European Union countries.

Through intercepted communications on the encrypted Sky ECC application, Eldi Dizdari and Salvatore Aliu are at the center of the conversations, where large quantities of cocaine, transportation routes and ways of hiding the cargo in containers are discussed.

According to the investigative file, transporting loads of up to 10 tons of cocaine was not a problem for Dizdar, as he claimed that he had a guaranteed route and sales market.

However, his concern was not the quantity of drugs, but the weight of the bags used by the transporters. In one of the conversations, he asks Ali that they not exceed 45 to 50 kilograms, saying:

"For God's sake, they're breaking down in the middle, because they're always complaining. They're stuck there. They're fainting in vain, haahahaahahah. They can't even text after the discharges, because they're numb."

Salvatore Aliu replies that he will try to adapt the loads to this weight, while admitting that the risk and the method of operation created a feeling of adrenaline.

From the conversations administered by SPAK, it appears that the heavy bags also had an economic reason, as payments at the place of departure were calculated according to the number of bags placed in the containers.

Investigators have also documented discussions about the choice of containers and transit routes. Aliu suggested using containers from the banana company "Dole", while Dizdar preferred that the transit be carried out through the port of Antwerp, avoiding, according to the conversations, the more frequent scanner checks.

The communications also describe the alleged method of concealing the cocaine. According to Ali, a copy of the key was placed in the container, which was used after the container was opened at the destination, so that no visible traces would remain after the intervention.

The crackdown on this group came a few days ago after the SPAK operation, which focused on Dritan Gjika, Salvatore Aliu and Eldi Dizdari, also known as Denis Matoshi. According to investigations, the group is suspected of transporting at least 50 tons of cocaine from Latin America to Europe.

10 security measures were imposed for this matter, but only Florian Musaj ended up in handcuffs, as the rest of the suspects are outside Albania.

As part of the operation, SPAK has also seized 491 assets suspected of being the proceeds of criminal activity, with a value of around 150 million euros.
