The Special Court Against Organized Crime and Corruption accepted the request for a summary trial for former socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja and two other co-defendants, Altin Hajri and Ahmet Masha.

Former Socialist Party MP Jurgis Çyrbja has been arrested on suspicion of three criminal offenses, "Active corruption in elections", "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime" and "Trading in state secrets by citizens".
