SP MP debates with Ina Zhupa at the Diaspora Commission: Stop the violence,

Today, another opposition-majority debate took place in the Committee on Culture, Tourism and Diaspora, this time between Socialist Party MP Arkend Balla and the chairwoman of the committee from the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa.

Balla took a clear stance on the opposition protests, emphasizing that acts of violence, such as the use of Molotov cocktails and the burning of private businesses, are unacceptable and constitute pure violence.

He added that "As a majority, the Socialist Party continues to be committed to continuous reforms, strengthening the rule of law and advancing the European integration process."

Balla also requested the approval of the Commission's work calendar and the return to the agenda, underlining the importance of institutional normality and the continuation of daily work.

The debate between representatives of the two parties shows the growing political tension, inside and outside parliament, that has engulfed both political camps.
