"Balluku" file/ The appeal of the GJKKO leaves in force the decision

The Special Appeal has upheld the decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo regarding the examination of cell phones seized in the framework of the investigations of the "Balluku" file.

The decision thus confirms that the seized devices can be opened and analyzed by investigators, as part of the investigations being conducted by SPAK.

The company Senka shpk, which is one of the entities inspected by SPAK order in this case, had appealed the decision of the GJKKO that allowed the examination of the seized mobile phones.
The Special Court of Appeal dismissed this appeal, confirming the first instance decision.
