Journalist and analyst Poli Hoxha, invited to the studio of the show "Ora e Betit" on "Ora News" to talk about what is producing the protests and citizens against the Zvërnec project and the serious event that occurred on Sunday, revealed a shocking picture of a system that has been in place for decades.
Beyond the everyday rhetoric, Hoxha said that the clash between the main political figures in the country is nothing more than a 35-year-old theater and hypocrisy. This situation is not about justice, which is the only one that imprisons or releases individuals, but about keeping alive a clientelistic system that protects the deeply personal interests of the elite.
According to Hoxha, at the center of recent developments is the panic that has gripped what is called the country's "parliament", divided into three pillars: political, media, and economic.
The economic elite, contrary to popular belief, often becomes the biggest victim of this system. Businessmen, whether local or foreign, face the inability to build clean projects.
The state-established scheme forces them to engage in shady affairs to survive, subsequently making them prey to public judgment or investigations by justice bodies such as SPAK.
Meanwhile, well-known political figures always appear surrounded by a group of silent businessmen, while the burden of public clashes remains solely with the politicians.
On the other hand, the recent mass protest in Tirana has revealed the true face of this government. The reaction of the high-level government has undergone an unexpected turn. Within a few days, from the request for dialogue with the citizens, it went on to raise theories about Russian influence and hybrid wars. This attempt to tarnish the citizen protest is being massively supported by an overwhelming part of the media, which is using extreme theories to distort the truth.
In reality, the real authors and "fathers" of this protest, as well as its financiers over the years through the captured system, are precisely the main political leaders of the transition.
These figures have consistently underestimated citizens, treating them as incapable of understanding reality, in the mistaken belief that they can deceive them endlessly.
Poli Hoxha: "I feel completely vindicated, that is, because the cause that I have defended in every studio and especially in your studio, was made a reality today by a large crowd in Tirana. What Rama, Berisha say. Rama-Berisha does not simply mean that he put them in prison, that justice puts them in prison or justice takes them out.
But it means the system, the capture, the hypocrisy, the theater, very long, almost 35 years, that the two largest parties and especially the two leaders for clientelistic interests for themselves and others, have built and at the same time supported by, if you notice, the country's leadership is panicking.
The political elite, the media elite are almost in one voice, and even the economic elite, which for me is a victim. And I can explain it. Why is it a victim? It is a victim because it is captured by these people. There is no businessman who wants to do a project with dirt inside, with wild meat inside. Neither foreign nor Albanian.
But these people have built a scheme such that if you want to get involved in a project, in a business and so on, you will get involved in their way. And then they suffer either in public opinion, which punishes them rightly, or in SPAK as they have started. Because let's say we, Ilir Meta, Sali Berisha, Belinda Balluku, Erion Veliaj and we pretend to forget in the studio that they are all accompanied by a group of businessmen, 10 businessmen from behind.
Businessmen don't fight in studios, only these people fight in studios. Now, the issue of the protest. The protests for me, the Prime Minister's twists today were serious because yesterday he reminded me of those times of the students who demanded dialogue and today he brought out the Russian factors.
It meant that the countries that do not want the expansion of the European Union and others and others.
