Defeatist Edi Paloka: It's pointless to protest, now Rama is King!

Democratic Party MP, Edi Paloka, has commented on the political situation after the May 11 elections, describing Edi Rama's governance as a modern form of dictatorship accepted by the citizens themselves.

Paloka said that Albanians gave Rama an absolute mandate, turning him, according to him, into a "king", while comparing his methods of governance to those of authoritarian regimes of the past.

He added that, under current conditions, any protest seems futile since the people have chosen the path the country is following.
