Gjergji Nika: Vlorë Municipality prevents the investor for the privatization of Flamurtari

In a post on his profile on the Facebook social network, the head of PD-Euroatlantic Democrats, Vlora branch, Gjergji Nika, states that the Vlora Municipality is hindering the private investor Idrizi in the process of privatizing Flamurtari.
Nika states that "a year ago, the Municipal Council, at the proposal of the Socialist Party Group, decided to postpone the privatization of the Flagurtari Football Club for another year, with the tax condition that the privatization auction be held within this year".

The Municipality of Vlorë hinders Sinan Idrizi in the privatization process of KS Flamurtari.
A year ago, the Municipal Council, at the proposal of the Socialist Party Group, decided to postpone the privatization of the Flamurtari Football Club for another year, with the tax condition that the privatization auction be held within this year.
While the administrator Sinan Idrizi has invested millions of lek in the summer market, bringing many players closer, as of July 31, 2024, there is no contract with the Municipality of Vlora, even though the administrator himself made a request on July 22, 2024 for contract renewal.
According to official information, the left-wing councilors argued over who should sign the next draft-decision, even though they lost the right to propose it (in this draft-decision there is also a conflict of interest, since one councilor signs and proposes himself ).
Also, such a proposal was made last year, and they want to postpone the administration contract by another year, in order for the Vlora Municipality to privatize the club, while they should have privatized it on September 10, 2021, according to the law and approved deadlines.
Meanwhile, in the next meeting comes the privatization of FK Orikumi.
Why with two standards, when was the duty to carry out privatization left?
Despite the fact that I am in favor of privatization, why not postpone the club's management contract for another two years, as requested by Idrizi, since one year is a very short time for the realization of the projects that Idrizi has announced for a long time?
By not privatizing the club, the future of KS Flamurtari remains in question, as the registration for the 2024-2025 sports season is at risk.
But is this normal?
Does Flamurtari deserve such an attitude from Vlora Municipality?
Does the club administrator Sinan Idrizi deserve this treatment from the Municipality, who in these 11 years of managing the football club has invested over 10 million euros for Flamurtar and the city?
Why should the city, the club, the sports fans suffer the negligence and mistakes of the Municipality, which, with the delay in not completing the privatization of the club, becomes an obstacle for investments in the academy and sports fields in Pylli i Soda?
And recently. To my knowledge, in the last 10 years, Sinan Idrizi has not received any lek from the Municipality of Vlorë for KS Flamurtari, he has not received public funds, he has only spent.
If you are asking the left-wing councilors to sing the anthem of Flamurtari, apart from Mr. Kushta and Mr. Dede, I don't believe that any of them know!
