The Assembly held a minute of silence in honor of Arben Tafaj, the leader of the Tirana Association, who died in the early hours of the morning, after falling from a height of 10 meters in his apartment.
"I would like to honor an outstanding figure who passed away. Tirana lost one of its defenders today. Tirana citizens lost a part of the voice of the spirit/ Tirana Association lost its leader, the association lost a man of value and full of energy for his city. Arben Tafaj's departure is a loss not only for his wife, children, friends and loved ones, but also for every citizen of Tirana, Tirana of the capital, whom he represented worthily", said Spiropali.
