This Monday, as usual at 6:00 PM, the next "Speech" was held in front of the Prime Minister's Office. The low turnout was more noticeable than in the past, since with the time change, the rally took place during the day and not at night as before. It seems that it was Berisha himself who concluded that a Speech held during the day is very poor in terms of the level of participation, so at the end of his speech he announced the change of time for the next "Speech", which will be held on Monday at 7:00 PM, when night falls.

I invite the citizens of Tirana and all of Albania to unite to tell Edi Rama that your country is before the law, before the law, before the law.
