A tragedy shakes the football world, the Albanian player ends his life by jumping from the eighth floor

A tragedy has shocked the football world, as the player of Albanian origin, Mario Bacaj, passed away at the age of 28 after jumping from the eighth floor of a building in downtown Adelaide, Australia, in a fall that did not appear to be the result of an accident.
The Albanian player, but raised in Italy, played for the Adelaide Eagles football club, who were expecting him for a match, but in the middle of the afternoon his teammates broke the tragic news.
The boy apparently jumped from the roof of the 2KW Bar & Restaurant and rescue efforts were in vain.
Firefighters, ambulances and police rushed to the scene, but there was nothing that could be done for the footballer. Bacaj, also known in Albania for his playing career, left behind a wife and a young son.
There are no suspects in his death and authorities confirm it was a suicide and not an accident. The entire team gathered on the roof of the building to lay messages and wreaths in memory of the Albanian, a much-loved and respected player who had lived in Adelaide for years with his family.
