But Bejler's political elimination seems to have been part of a criminal plan to destroy one of Albania's most beautiful pearls by handing it over to the beast of concrete. Now the plan has been completed.
The National Territorial Council approved the construction of several towers up to 16 floors in Potam, Himara.
The company that holds the permit is Eldino, owned by Gabriela Dino. This company holds several permits in protected areas, including 5 towers below the artificial lake dam in Tirana.
But now that the concrete monsters have arrived in Himara, the government is practically completing the Golemization of the entire Albanian coast. In Durrës, Vlorë, Shëngjin, Velipojë, Saranda, and now even in Himara, the Albanian coast is being flooded with high-rise towers, as greed stops at nothing.
The plan to concrete Himara began immediately after the arrest of Fredi Beleri, the mayor who never became mayor, just like Renis Targerian in the famous Game of Thrones saga. In October 2023, Jorgo Goro, who remained at the head of the municipality with a stolen mandate, initiated the procedures for changing the urban plan of Himara. The capital warned what was happening.
As soon as the procedure began, Goro did his job and then was thrown in jail. But what he started was finished by another socialist mayor. This was Vangjel Tavo, accused of property theft in the south along with his family.
Last year, the Himara Municipal Council, amidst much tension, approved the new plan, which practically turns the entire city of Himara into a concrete construction site and skyrockets the height of buildings.
The first consequences of what was planned for a long time and with the hijacking of elections are already coming. The greed of buildings like Abaz Dino and his kind has flooded Himara, introducing concrete monsters into the heart of one of the most beautiful pearls of the coast, not only of Albania, but also beyond.
