The Silent Pact/ Why opening the boxes will once and for all expose the farce of

It seems that the May 11 elections will take some time to be certified, as the KAS has decided to open some ballot boxes due to the request of candidates who claim that the result has been distorted.

So far, the recount of Tirana and some boxes in Fier, Durrës and Vlora has been decided.

Also in Debar, we have so far the premises that the process was irregular. Perhaps this does not directly affect any change in the result, but the violation of the vote is a precedent that marks the elections.

It is noticeable that the parties with counters on the table where the minutes were approved may have indications that they have favored preferential candidates. This cannot be said with certainty, but in those areas where a candidate is tied with other candidates with alienated votes, then the suspicions are even greater.

And in fact, neither Berisha nor Rama have requested a recount, and perhaps for the sake of the "farce" that they both know very well.

Rama ''forced'' his candidates to withdraw their complaints, while Berisha is only requesting invalidation and not a recount. Even the DP candidates had their requests rejected because they had not secured the party's seal, so it is taken for granted that they did not have Berisha's support for this action.

There is only one answer, Rama and Berisha may know very well the game being played at the counting tables.

The Dibra case
The Dibra ballot box recount resulted in:
Alketa Agolli -10 votes
Basir Çollaku +8 votes
Xhemal Gjunkshi -17 votes
Përparim Spahiu +49 votes
Ismail Uka -4 votes

While the initial result was:
Përparim Spahiu 6245
Xhemal Gjunkshi 6125
Basir Çollaku 5254
Alketa Agolli 1549
Ismail Uka 1511

It is noteworthy that the difference between Gjunkshi and Spahiu is only 120 votes, and this encourages other electoral zones where candidates, even if they do not receive the mandate, may have an interest in being first in the standings.
