Prime Minister Edi Rama held a conversation with the teachers of Lushnja today.

During his speech, Rama said that teachers are one of the social categories that are financially valued in our country.

The Prime Minister said that today the average salary of teachers is 930 euros. He also emphasized that the salary should be higher, while Paton said that he is aware of this.

Rama was asked by a teacher how much he will "raise teachers' salaries in the fourth term."

Rama said that he will soon hold another meeting where he will present the objectives for the fourth term, including teachers' salaries.

Rama: We will soon take the next step of presenting the objectives, I believe you have heard me say to this people, "This is a sheep, once with a pan, once with a kettle, once with a wheel, now with an owl and with swamps and there is no program." These kinds of icings on the cake are communication tools and simplify communication, but they are absolutely neither a program nor the entirety of the reasons why we want mandates.
