Shehaj: SPAK is going to Rama, the last day of impunity is coming

Agron Shehaj, chairman of the "Mundësia" party, expressed his conviction on the "Unexposed" show on MCN TV that the fallout between the prime minister and SPAK shows that after the accusations against those closest to him, it is his turn.

"SPAK is a special prosecutor, not with terms, but with duties. There are no terms, it is permanent and not temporary. Prosecutors have a 9-year mandate and cannot be re-elected. They have asked to be given the opportunity to re-elect and it is a very good thing.

With today's law, they cannot run for re-election. With only 2 MPs, we have no option but to need more MPs to change the constitution.

Rama is in open conflict with the judiciary. What I have said is that SPAK is independent or not when the conflict with Rama begins. SPAK is not perfect and today the big conflict has begun.

The majority investigated the prosecutors' emails, took the files of Gjiknuri, Ahmetaj, and senior officials, and attempted 400 times to access Duman's email.

"It was a clash that we did not see that today says they are dogs and mice and now the clash is coming to the surface. Rama will not let it go easily. If they succeed, we will see it in the clash with Rama that the people closest to him have caught up, and they are going to Edi Rama and the last day of impunity is coming," said Shehaj.
