Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, spoke about builder Ilir Shtufi, who is suspected by SPAK of laundering drug money in construction. 

Lla said that Shtufi had political connections on both sides, while planning to invest in Samir Mane's resort in Palasa. 

"There have been frequent allusions to connections with Shkëlzen Berisha, it is up to the investigation to clarify. Just as Shtufi is also mentioned in the Belinda Balluku file, he also appears in connections with SP officials. He has eaten from all sides, he did not come out of nowhere," said Lala, among other things. 

According to SPAK, he laundered Luçiano Koçek's money. Regarding political connections, he appears once in the Balluku file and there has been talk of connections with Shkëlzen Berisha. These are not mentioned in the file.

He was also planning to invest in Palasa. The prosecution should investigate this. In parallel, in Palasa, some of the properties are suspected of having been falsified and the architect of the falsification is suspected to be Artur Shehu.

There is a mention of Samir Mane. The prosecution is investigating how involved Mr. Mane is. Characters like Artur Shehu, Ilir Shtufi, Alfredo Hamzaj, who is the central figure in the "Black Eagle" in Belgium, and Artur Koçeku, were interested in building...
