How McGonigal's ancestor was used by Rama for the Babale case and the

Edi Rama's scandal with senior FBI officials knows no bounds.

American investigators have discovered that Edi Rama has met with former senior FBI official Charles McGonigal on at least four occasions.

In two of these cases, Rama had dinner in the US with McGonigal.

Another special agent of the FBI, Lou Bladel, was also present at the Washington dinner.

The latter was McGonigal's predecessor at the head of the FBI's counterintelligence in New York.

He then created a consulting firm, which received a large contract from the Albanian government in May 2018.

Only a few months after the meeting with Rama, the Albanian government signed an agreement with "Ernst&Young" to fight crime and tax evasion.

Lou Bladel came to work in Albania and was appointed by Prime Minister Rama as the head of the special structure set up near the government.

But he too was used by Edi Rama as a mercenary against the Albanian opposition, working informally contrary to his role and contract.

This fact was discovered by journalist Sokol Balla in his show Real Story.

According to him, Bladel was engaged voluntarily to verify the serious accusations that were thrown by the opposition towards Edi Rama.

The hottest case in those days was that of 'Babale', where Fatmir Xhafaj was implicated, but also the 'Xisiela' file, where socialist MPs Taulant Balla and Rrahman Rraja were implicated.

The shocking case proved at that time that Edi Rama was creating parallel investigative institutions to attack the country's opposition.

Meanwhile, Bladel's successor, Charles McGonigal, was engaged for a fee to investigate an opposition lobbyist in the US.
