The leader of the Mundësia Party, Agron Shehaj, has reacted after the leader of "Albania Becomes", Adriatik Lapaj, sued him in court for defamation, emphasizing that "corrupt politicians have thrown mud at the "Mundësia" party."
Shehaj emphasized that Lapaj's father-in-law is the one who made the decision to recognize a property on the coast, emphasizing that this action occurred in violation of the law.
He accused Adriatik Lapaj of being the lawyer of the land beneficiary, asking him to come out publicly and explain how it is possible that a decision given by his father-in-law was considered normal by Lapaj.
Shehaj emphasized that the property in question was given in violation of the law and added that Lapaj is neither the first nor the last to accuse him of defamation.
"Corrupt politicians have thrown mud at the Mundësia party. His father-in-law has recognized the property of a gentleman. Adriatik Lapaj was the lawyer of the beneficiary of his father-in-law's decision on the land. Adriatik should go public and explain how this is possible. Lapaj says that I am the future, for him it is normal for such a decision to be made by his father-in-law. The property I am talking about was given in violation of the law. Adriatik is neither the first nor the last to accuse me of defamation," Shehaj told News24.
