Trump unveils 10% tariffs on UK imports and 20% on EU

US President Donald Trump, holding a large sign titled "Reciprocal Tariffs", compared tariffs imposed by other countries on the US against Washington's own taxes.
It featured a 10% tariff on imports from the UK and 20% on imports from the EU.
"They accuse us, we accuse them. How can anyone be upset?" he said.
Among others, he singles out China and the European Union. "They're tearing us apart. It's so sad to see. It's so pathetic."
