Hostage taking ends in Lezha, perpetrators release kidnapped person

The hostage-takers have released Dod Gjoka, a security employee at the Kaçinari HPP, and have fled in an unknown direction.
He was taken hostage in Shenkoll, Lezha, by three people who forced him into a car while he was in the parking lot of a bar.
The police are working to catch the perpetrators of this incident, while 2 of them have been identified. Checkpoints have been set up by blue uniforms on the Lezhë-Milot road axis and connecting segments.
The circumstances of the hostage-taking remain unclear.
