Caught with illegal items, 40-year-old arrested in Berat

A 40-year-old man has been arrested in Berat after being accused of selling narcotics. It is reported that during the physical search, the 40-year-old was found to be in possession of a quantity of the narcotic substance cannabis divided into doses, with the intention of selling, as well as 1 shotgun, 1 cold weapon (knife) and combat ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.
It is also reported that another 40-year-old man was arrested after stealing a vehicle in Kuçova and was declared wanted.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat, for further action.

-He had doses of Cannabis with him, with the intention of selling, as well as shotguns and cold weapons, the 40-year-old was arrested.
-A vehicle was stolen in Kuçova, the 40-year-old wanted man is arrested.
As a result of the checks carried out based on information provided by police intelligence:
- specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Berat Police Department arrested citizen SD, 40 years old, because during the physical search, a quantity of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa was found on him, divided into doses, for the purpose of sale, as well as 1 shotgun, 1 cold weapon (knife) and combat ammunition, which were seized as material evidence;
-specialists of the Crime Investigation Section of the Kuçovë Police Commissariat arrested and handcuffed the wanted citizen, KO, 40 years old, resident of Kamzë. The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Berat has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense of "Theft", because it is suspected that in 2021, he stole a vehicle, in Kuçovë.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat, for further action.
