Immediately after the publication of the news in the media about the arrest of a vote buyer in Lushnja, the DP electoral headquarters in this district reacted.
"The manipulation of public opinion carried out by the State Police, a gang in the service of Belinda Balluku, must receive a response from the Special Prosecution Office. SPAK must immediately investigate the case and hold accountable anyone who violated the law," the reaction states.

Shameful fabrications like those of the State Security neither influence us nor distract us from our mission to do the best for Albania. We distance ourselves from any electoral crime and are at the forefront of the battle against violations of the law in elections.

We encourage the Special Prosecution to continue its work to crack down on every electoral crime in the Fier region.
