The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, was today at the High Prosecutorial Council where he made public the annual report of the institution he leads.
Dumani : The reporting is clear, there is a decrease in referrals to public institutions. It doesn't just happen this year. Last year it was reported that in 2023 compared to 2022 there was a decrease in referrals to SPAK. I don't see it as a decrease in credibility towards SPAK. The purpose of why we mentioned it in the report is to call for cooperation.
