These are the images where Xhelal Mziu and his nephew are suspected of punching a citizen in the outdoor premises of the Ostren administrative unit, in Bulqiza.

According to the police report, the incident occurred after an electoral meeting yesterday. The Bulqiza police have referred the materials to SPAK for the criminal offense of "Threat or violence against election participants."

Kalosh Murra is the person who was hit by Xhelal Mziu and his nephew. Murra is a municipality employee in the social assistance distribution sector.

Several people told Mziu that they could not attend the rally because they were afraid that their social support would be taken away. Then, at the end of the rally, an incident occurred.

Mziu himself said that the fight was orchestrated by employee Murra.

Bulqizë/The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Bulqizë Police Commissariat referred the materials to SPAK, for the criminal offense "Threat or violence against election participants", for citizens Xh. M., 58 years old and EM, 36 years old, uncle and nephew, both residents of Tirana, because at around 1:00 PM on 24.04.2025, after an electoral meeting held by the political entity "Democratic Party", in the village of Ostren, they are suspected of punching citizen KM, 33 years old, resident of Shupenza, in the outdoor premises of the Ostren administrative unit.
