The leader of the DP in Lushnje is elected

Former candidate for deputy in the May 11, 2025 elections, Gentian Çela, has been elected chairman of the Democratic Party branch in Lushnja, in an internal process recently developed in this local party structure.

Çela was a DP candidate in the previous 2025 elections on the open list, where he received around 7,800 votes, ranking among the most voted names in the area.

Çela is a lawyer and has held several public and administrative positions, including a former lawyer at Posta Sh.A., a former inspector of the Probation Service, and a former inspector at the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection (IKMT).
