DASH senior official meets Duman: Full US support for SPAK and independent institutions

During today's visit to Tirana, the senior American official Colleen Hyland held a meeting with the head of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Altin Dumani.

The director of the South and Central Europe Office at the US State Department shook hands with the head of SPAK, expressing full support for the independent institution.

The American Embassy has confirmed the meeting held today, giving details of what was discussed.

" Ms. Hyland reiterated the full support of the United States for SPAK and the independent institutions of Albania, emphasizing the decisive role of justice reform in advancing Albania's journey towards its Euro-Atlantic aspirations ," the announcement states.
